Sarah, I know that stress is a trigger for my PAC's. I know I shouldn't worry about things out of my control, but that's easier said than done. I am just trying to get some exercise. That seems to help the most. I see from your recent post that you went back to the CC. Is all well now? Hope so, you deserve it...
