2 year maze followup

I had the maze operation on October 2, 2001 at 73 years of age. Never any recurrent atrial fibrillation or any complications. I have been working full time since April of 2002, first in the capacity of teaching radiology, and now, doing diagnostic radiology in private practice. I have no problems doing my share of the workload.
Recently, I had a check up with my cardiologist, who is astonished at the difference from prior to maze.
So, not much news from here, except verification that the maze works!
