I was told that all the drugs you mentioned would affect the INR reading. They usually make you thinner (raise your INR), which is not the case with your reading. You can get a list of everything that affects it on the internet, and it's very long. I think however, that if you do something consistently, they adjust your dossage to accomodate it. In my case, an antibiotic made me thinner.
