More blood thinner questions......

I had to have oral surgery, so stopped warfarin for awhile. I'm having trouble getting into therapeudic range again. On my previous dose, 6mg, I'm under range @(1.4). My question is, how many of you were told not to take arthritis meds, like Celebrex, Mobic, etc. with a blood thinner? My inlaws are concerned that I take OA med with my warfarin. Any concensus?
