Its been almost 7mos since maze and mvr at CC. I have alway worked out and since surgery heart rate has not been over 107. Today went to gym got on bike and did the heart rate level, it gets your heart rate to a certian level and keeps it there. My rate is 111. I was nervous about pushing my rate up, because what goes up does not always come down. Well I got my rate up to 120, highest since surgery and it came back down and now is 76.
