Jack, Little Rock is the only place I know in Ark. which may have an EP for your family member. MY EP here in NW Arkansas if very experienced, because he's a "one man show" outside Little Rock! He does hundreds of Right sided ablations! You would have to know that what he does well, is what YOU need.
However, a facility, and "technician" who messes with the heart should be gauged by their success, amount of proceedures done, mortality and complications. CC gave me those stats, but I'm guessing that your family would have a harder time getting those stats from any place else. If they're like MY family, they don't WANT to ask questions, and are offended at the idea of questioning their doctor, or referring doc!
Little Rock has some good health care, which isn't very accessable by a LOT of the rest of the state...much because of our infrastructure...poor roads! It's a real hasstle to go to Little Rock from the North, so Missouri is often chosen.
