I am assuming that the list you reference included every little hospital in the state, including tiny 100 bed town hospitals where an appendectomy is considered major surgery. I certainly would not use that list as a method of choosing a hospital for treatment. For instance, I have never heard of a famous medical center in North Dakota. In the "US News & World Report" Honor Roll of excellent hospitals, there is not one hospital listed that is in North Dakota or Florida.
