Nancy, That is an extraordinary post for only four months post op! I remember hiking before AF cure, and it was just as bad in the humid jungle of Costa Rica, as it was on Arkansas Mt. in Colorado....slow, and laborious.
I haven't got to test myself hiking yet, but you give me enthusiasim to do so! Keep up the wonderful work! You sound like a woman who, as the book, New Passages states, has found her niche in the Second Adult Hood of Mastery!
