Hello, all! Not even two weeks, and already I feel so much better than I did before the surgery. I walked around the park today, climbed a rather steep hill the steep way, I can take stairs one at a time without having to hang on and pull myself up. I can BREATHE! I can't believe it's possible to feel so good on post operative day 13 after open heart surgery. To those of you considering the Maze procedure, you need to make your own choice. But I am SO GLAD I decided to do it. I haven't felt this good in years, and it only gets better from here!
