I find such a difference between some of the cardiologists I have seen and those doing the MAZE. A cardiologist a few years ago charged a thousand dollars to give me no answers and say effectively "Shucks, I don't know why it happens - we need to do more tests."
Then I experience Dr. Millar and some of the MAZE surgeons and there is a feeling of caring, concern and satisfaction in helping patients. Much like the OB who helped bring our little son into the world. Excitement for helping bring a new life into the world or in the case of the MAZE surgeons restoring the future and quality of life of their patients.
