Glad you are feeling better Rob. I hate to see anyone on Amioderone. I was never on it myself, but have heard several bad, and a few good stories about it. With your doctor's ok, I would try to get off it as soon as I could.
The sternum, without anything distrubing the healing process is suppose to regain all its strength in 3 months. That is what my surgeon told me, and I think it is about right. I would be very careful as to any lifting or any stress on it at this stage of the game.
