I had an ablation for atrial flutter which is less invasive than for afib by Dr. Gerstenfeld. I found him to be very concerned and approachable. He spent alot of time after the procedure on the phone with me. The hospital staff and the doctor's staff were a+++. They are recommending ablation for a-fib and I'm hesitant. I'm 44 and am waiting for the state of the art to improve. Reach out with another post if you want more info re my experience with the Dr. or hospital.
