I wanted to pass along to all those facing the Maze Procedure a "must do". After I had posted my announcement on the board that I was having the procedure in early June, I recieved an E-Mail from Carl Plaskett offering to meet with me and answer an questions I may have. He also included his phone number. Timing didn't work out where we could meet but I was able to give him a call. What a blessing Carl was. He spent almost an hour answering all my questions and putting my fears to rest. Sevearal times I would say," I'll bet you will think this is a stupid question." He would laugh and say, " actually I had that question myself." and would proceed to give me a detail answer to my question. I can't stress enough how helpful this is to someone that is facing this procedure. You can read the comments here on the board and feel like you know what to expect, but to actually talk with someone that has undergone the operation is the final piece of the puzzle to gain peace of mind. S000000000-----to Carl--thanks a million! and to all of you thinking about or on the way to have the procedure----call someone thats a "VET" of the operation and pick their brains!!
