Actually the point I wanted to share is my understanding is that a pacer does not control high heart rate. It is my understanding that the pacer assures a rate BELOW which the heart will not go with the pacer operating "on demand" for the heart when needed. For the hi-end rates it is my understanding that meds are used. At least that is what has happened in my personal case.
