Jimmy, I self refered to CCF. I sent the records that I had. When I arrive at CCF they did all the pre-maze test there. I had my angiogram on 2/26/02. Dr. McCarhty and 5 or 6 other Doctors came to my bed and Dr. McCarthy explained that I had 2 blocked arteries and the 2 stints that were put in 11 months prior were 80% closed (+-)and he would do a quadrupple bypass and the Maze the next morning. I did know that I had 2 secondary arteries that were blocked. Anyway I am very pleased with the results. NO more AF. Yes I did have a few episodes, but have been AF Free since 7/11/02 and feel great.
