I'm thrilled to make this resource available and help it grow. This board and all of your questions, answers and experiences gave me my life back. Spending a little time on it is just a way to spread what has helped me so much.
MY MAZE UPDATE.
I'm hitting 6 weeks and no signs of anything other than NSR. Will visit in my follow up with Dr. Millar tomorrow, so there may be more results at that time.
Still have a lot of pain in the sternum, but I may have brought that on myself. At times I have picked up my three year old and stressed the incision. Energy kind of comes and goes. Some days I am tired and take naps during the day. Others I have tons of energy. All in all, it is getting better every day.
When I go walking the only part that gets tired is some long neglected leg muscles. I already have more "wind" and stamina in that area than I had before the MAZE.
Everything is great with the new baby. A new baby, newly rebuilt heart and a new life.
