Jim, I had my Maze at CCF 2/27/02. I started going back to the health club the week after I got home. I only did things with my legs and with very little weight. I started working with my arms without any weights then progressed as my breast bone healed. I started diving after 4 weeks and went back to work after 8 weeks. I started walking in Cleveland and slowly increased. Once I made my decision to go for the Maze I put it all in God's hands and I locked on to Prov 3:5-6. "Trust In the Lord..." I made my decision in December and actually looked forward to getting RID of the long dreaded AF. I am so thankful for Jack, Carl, and the others who have gone before me and this board that I found out about the Maze procedure. My life has been spaired and I thank God every day. I am doing things today I could not do 2 years ago. Jim, I will be praying for you. Harley
