Hello Jim.
Congratulations on your set date. I know you were thinking of the CC. Is that where you are having your Maze done.
It's been 5 years for me, but as best I can remember. (senior moments at times)1. I was driving about 1 month post op.
2. I tried working out in on machines in a gym at about 6 months, but would cause back problems for me.
3. I was retired, but mowed my lawn about 3 weeks PO.
4. I was walking from the time I got out of the hospital. Slow and short distance, but gradually increased it.
Jim, I had found out as much as I could about my surgeon, and the procedure,(but didn't have a PC then). as I could prior to the surgery.
Had many people praying for me, and I was so tired of the life style and medication that I was very ready, and felt much at ease going in. Only thought of a full cure, and got it.
You will do fine.
I and many others will have you on their pray list.
