Also, on this site, the search engine is pretty good to put in words like "insurance", "Natale". I gathered from my first readings, that Dr. Natale's nurse (Michelle?) who will talk to you, e-mail or on the phone, is a good source of help with the insurance.
You also should read MIKE WARE, CARL PLASKET, JACK DRUM, for a few folks who've been around for ages :-)
