Bill, with respect to stenosis, I think the incidence rate should be similar no matter which tip is used. Dr Natale uses the transesophagal echocardiogram (TEE) to detect blistering during the procedure, so they can control stenosis regardless of tip used.

Please ask him for the data concerning stenosis rates to confirm this. Let us know. I hope you have a good visit with Dr Natale and Michelle.
