Mike: Congrats!! I'm glad I haven't had the time to get into shape for the Bike Florida ride in a week. You would blow me away with your increased enthusiasm. (The offer to share some wine post ride is still on should you wish to come over to St. Pete). I will see that you are well fed and suitably nourished following your 300 mile ride.
Perhaps if you are tired enough, I might break out my bike for a ride.
