Wow! Wonderful news that you are moving towards health! When you said, "To go from 40 times or so a day to now has really taken a toll on me. " I can really relate to that. That's how my AF was before my ablation. I know what you are saying about how good it feels to feel good! Hope all continues to progress for you.
