Hi Sarah,
From What Michelle has told me,(She is Dr Natale's right arm)A sinus node modification is where they work on the sinus node and try to "modify the way it fires off the beats per minute without causing the need for a pacemaker. I, like you Sarah, have several things wrong electriclly with my heart, they were always there its just that the A-fib was dominate so when that was "fixed" the other arrhythmias all came out to play! Since the ablation I haven't had any a-fib but I'm having a problem with Inappropriate sinus tach, pvc's,and a flutter. Some days I feel so good then I have a real bad night and it really sets me back. Sarah,If your would like to talk sometime Just E-mail me and I'll give you my number. Take care
