I've seen that quite a few contributors to this board have taken flecainide (Tambocor) at some point. I think that it's helped some, but others, like me, have had bad experiences with it. I was on it only about a week because it didn't keep me out of afibs (maybe even the opposite) and during exercise I had discomfort in my chest. I suppose the only way to know whether it helps you is to be on it. It's strong medicine. You might want to go to one of the drug websites to read about it.
