John gave you some good advise Sarah. I don't know why I didn't say that the other day.
I type all my post on a blank E-Mail and then I can spell check them and then copy and post them. Then if something happens you still have it in/or to copy again.
I didn't know what the problem was, and still don't, but this is a good way to keep it from happening.
