Had the exact same things done in November. I'm a 66 year old male. Jack's posting covered most of the things. I didn't have much pain but did need something to sleep for a few nights. Heart rate went up to 100. That comes down later. Could not lie flat for about 3 weeks. Slept in a recliner when I got home. That's about it. Enjoy your sinus. Best of luck.
