Frank, all of these surgeons at CC are very good as they have to be to be associated with that hospital. The support staff is very experienced so you are in good hands. We will all look forward to your post surgical postings and your new active lifestyle.
: Just back from my visit with Dr. Sabik who will do my Mitral Valve repair/replacement Monday morning. Dr. A. Marc Gillinow will do the Maze Procedure. evidently they work together often. Dr. Gillinow is listed on CC's list of surgeons who perform the Maze Procedure.
: I probably won't be able to give any opinion/description for a number of days after the procedure (obviously). For those so inclined, please say some prayers!!
