I had 10 years of paroxymal a-fib and the first 5-6 years I did very well on flecainide (twice daily 50-100mg).It kept me in NSR and had no side effects.May be it will give you some more time (months/years?) to decide what to do,because in spite of all medicin the a-fib will get worse!
