: Having suffered for more than 15 years w/a-fib, I can relate to the deparation of not knowing what to try next. I am also sympathetic to the situations of others who have posted who are having a difficult time both pre and post MAZE. In my many years of 'searching' I came across 2 things that I things that I believe helped me to 'manage' my a-fib for several years...and I am still using them today because they have been proven to help the heart. They are: CO-Q10 and MAGFNESIUM ASPARTATE. There were times when I could take the magnesium and I would convert to NSR within an hour. I have been told that it is important to take mag. in the aspartate form, but it is not easy to fnd. It seems to be readily available w/POTASSIUM at GNC. I would urge anyone who has a heart problem or condition to consider these options.
:

I appreciate the help. Also, do you take them every day or just when in afib
