Sarah, I'm 74, and had the Maze last year (4/4/02) when I was 73. No Afib since. There is another Mazer who has posted on this board who is also 74 or maybe 75 now. I forget his name now, but I'm sure others on this board will remember it. I have posted frequently since my Maze last year. The last post was two days ago. If you want to e-mail me, please do so. 74 is a good age. Do the Maze, and "let the good times roll". I should qualify this last bit of humor by saying that every person's situation is different, and being in good physical condition at 74 is one very significant factor in one's decision to do the Maze.
