Congratulations Ed, on your 4 months progress report and for being the first poster on the new board.
It sounds as if you are doing something right. I am over 3 years out, and I still can't run 10 miles. Maybe that is because I could never run 10 miles, but I am in NSR and at 67 still shoot a good game of 8 Ball.
It is great to hear the good reports, and hopefully there will be a lot more coming.
