Jack: I echo Ed's feelings. It has been nearly 2 years since Ed & I have spoken, and we (I) sure caught up on some of our feelings re: being restored to normal lives this AM.
Ed sure kept his drugs longer than I. I even tried to donate them in my first year post-maze, because I felt terrible throwing away 3 month supplies of Tambocor and Amiodarone, given the cost of those drugs. No organization would accept them. I DID keep some atenolol, although I have not used any for at least a year!
