Pati, Carl pretty well covers it. I also stayed at the Guesthouse pre and post surgery but during an earlier visit, I stayed at the Holiday Inn in the downtown area. They do have a shuttle but Carl's points are good. I believe that the cost was $69/night but remember to ask for the Cleveland Clinic rate. By the way, it is within walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Please say hi to Dr. McCarthy and his staff. Keep us posted on your situation. You are in very good hands and will feel very comfortable there.
