Sarah: There are a number of posters here who fit ALL of the "classes" you describe. Many of us had one or more ablation attempts prior to either a maze or one of the "newer" ablation techniques, such as at the Cleveland Clinic, the clear leader for PVI/PVA cures at the present time. Several folks have had touch-up ablations, with some scheduled at the CC in the next 1-3 months.
