Henry, you are sooooo correct in your statement of "I suspect that prostate surgery is maybe the worst of all. Anyone know"?

Some may not agree with me, but for me the prostate surgery was much worse than the maze.
I had prostate cancer diagnosed in 1990 and chose the radical prostatectomy as treatment. It was very successful, as I am still around, (12+ year survivor), but for me it was a terrible surgery. Some of my problems came about from medical mix-ups, and improper pre-surgical treatment.

The maze procedure for me was a walk in the park compared to the prostate surgery. The RP was the only surgery I had prior to the maze, and the morning after the maze I felt so good, that I was sitting up in my bed thinking, "This is no big deal".

I consider myself very lucky after all. Two major surgeries, and both came out as a success. God has been good.
Merry Christmas Everyone.
