It's great to see you through this surgery, Rob. It will and does get better. Because you have been fit, I think that you will do very well. The only thing to keep in mind is that in the first two months the heart will try to do funny things. It seems to happen to most of us. Still, I tried to walk and run through it and I think it helped.
At 3 1/2 months, I just returned from a very arduous backpack trip, something I could never have done prior to this surgery. I feel like physically, I am stronger now than I was when in AFib and like Steve and Anders, I'll get back to a fitness level close to where I was many years ago. So, will you.

Keep plugging and walk when you can. You will be on the slopes next winter.
