Mike: Geez, your response to Frank mirrors what I might have said, but with more emphasis! If Frank is anticipating the "catheter maze", Dr. Cox, the originator of the Maze, abandoned that idea YEARS ago, although MAYBE someone has perfected it. I concur, GET DETAILS!, EXPLICIT details, from this doctor, as to HOW this is going to be done. If you send me details, I will TRY to get Dr. Cox to respond. Even though he is no longer doing surgeries, he is very much into continued research on afib, and has, as time permits, visited this site.

Frank: You may indeed have a gifted EP and/or surgeon, but this is not some simple procedure. Mike and I (and hundreds of others), have had the good fortune of going to the Cleveland Clinic and have had miracles performed, so we are understandably kind of biased, having wonderful new lives.
