Great explanation of your ability to determine what rhythm you are in! I really appreciate it. I tend to be one of those for whom the distinction of what I am in is not as sharp or clear. Based on wearing the Holter monitor several times I now know that I don't sense all the changes that were recorded. I guess that is what prompted my question to you since some of you guys really seem to KNOW what is happening. With your explanation I really have a better understanding of what you described for yourself in your first post here.
