Very familiar story to me,Paul! I had my maze in June 2001 and I am still far from my pre maze level.When I start to run it takes about 2-3 km to get my heartrate up en also I notice the sudden drops.But I am still improving,I know that it takes time and it is good to hear an other one's story to prevent the post-maze blues.Thanks.
