Nicely put, Paul. Your point about the maze not being a quick fix is pretty accurate. It takes work to return to previous levels of performance and it also takes time for the heart to heal and adjust. However, as most of us know, although the maze isn't a quick fix, it is a fix and cure for most of us. It gives us not only the opportunity to compete again but more importantly, it reduces the chances that AFib will cause us to have a premature death or a significant heart problem. Thanks for your update and reflections on your surgery.
