That was good info, Tom. Thanks for the update. I am now 21 months post maze and feel much like you. Although I can run a long way (50 miles if necessary), I still haven't gotten my speed back. This could be age and the many years in AFib but your post seems to indicate that you are just getting more of your aerobic capacity back. I'll wait and hope I follow in your footsteps.
