CCF Follow Up

Two weeks ago I sent Thank You letters to the three docs: McCarthy, Schweikert and Hammer, to thank them for the marvelous job they did for me. I am now three months past the Post Maze Ablation (eleven months post Maze) and I take no meds except for one coated Aspirin per day. My heartrate is a normal 65 - 70 bpm with "P" waves. My local cardiologist has pronounced me "cured".

Last week, Lisa Keene from Dr McCarthy's office called to check up on me. She said they were most anxious to follow up on everyone they could and that they do read this Maze board regularly.

I mentioned to her that I had noticed a post from Pat McCarthy saying she had never had a follow-up. Lisa said she would make sure a nurse called her to speak with her.
