and, sure enough, he had got it. It is almost 3 months since then and my heart is a rock-solid 70 bpm with no meds (except aspirin). When I jog in the evening, the heart rate goes up to 120 bpm to give me the extra energy I need. Then when I stop, it goes smoothly back down to 70 bpm just as it should. Dr Schweikert told my heart to behave itself and stop messing around, and, by golly, my heart paid attention and did just what he told it to do. The same thing is going to happen with you. When Dr S. says "Jump", your heart will say "How high?".
