I appreciate the comments. Even though the hike was in rugged terrain, we over-the-hill hikers set a moderate pace and took plenty of rest, snack, navigation and view breaks, so I didn't push my limits to the extent that you might think. I never felt physically exhausted, though we were all ready to quit for the day at the end of the two longest days. We're all too old to go fast. Everyone in our party was just happy to have turned a conjectural route on a map into a successful traverse and have fun doing it.

Best news of all is that I haven't had so much as a blip since the trip- just steady NSR. Now that's a wonderful feeling!

Thanks again for your responses.

Ken
