Six Months ago I had a quadruple bypass, the Maze procedure and a PFO closure at the CCF 2/27/02 by Dr. McCarthy and team. My road recovery has been a little bumpy but I am doing just great and I feel good. My resting HR is 67-72. Looking back over the 10 years I battled AF I am glad I found out about the Maze procedure and this board. I am greatful for all the support and encouragement I have received leading up to surgery and post surgery.

I am still on the 50mg of Toprol XL and a aspirin 81 per day.

I really enjoy being able to do things I could not do a year ago. Praise the Lord.
