Kristine: We will all be keeping our fingers crossed and praying for you to at least have a chance at a cure from the folks at the CC.
You are blessed to have a doctor who really listened to what you were saying, and who didn't ignore YOUR goal & still do the procedure he was about to perform. He sounds like a "class act" doctor to me!
Dr. Natale is not the only one doing difficult ablations at the CC. Dr. Schweikert has also tackled some tough ones for posters to this board (Angie Strand comes to mind as one of those fortunate folks).
It does sound however, that you are pulling some heartstrings to get them to consider moving you up in priority.(That was an unintended pun.) I agree that getting in front of the doctor is important, and it has amazed me at how many people here have had consults with more than one of the CC doctors prior to ever deciding upon what route to pursue. Where they find the time is amazing, but then the whole place is so organized, the doctors are probably left to do ONLY what is important: deal with and treat sick people!
