Thanks, Carl and Ed for your responses and encouragement. I took inspiration and information from your messages in the past to help make the decision to get the maze, and I'm so glad that I went ahead with it.
Carl, I admire your spirit but running up 37 floors in the heat is a lot to tackle without regular stair running. Anyway, I'm very happy to hear that you and your heart did well. I hope that you don't count yourself out of a mountain trip to celebrate Ed's 60th year- help pick out a suitable destination.
My own medical situation couldn't be better. I feel good, am progressing physically and have had no arrhythmia since a short bout in the doctor's office on July 12th. My heart is healing and life is good.
