Hey Ken, just a note to say how much I enjoyed your post. We have much in common and it looks like you are following the path to a very normal active lifestyle. As always, it takes time but you are making great strides. The thing that still continues to amaze me is that I will never have to take drugs for this again. I still keep some in the cabinent just to stare at and remember how it used to be. Just got back from four days hiking in Zion National Park and now I am off to Tahoe. I'll look forward to your stories.
