Welcome to the club Ken.

It sounds like your progression from the maze is pretty much on track, and common to the post op. experiences of some of the other mazers. As you have read the post op. experiences vary considerably from person to person. As the healing process continues, I think things will continue to improve for you. It is wonderful to be rid of AF and to feel good again, as you will soon experience.

After surgery I was anemic and had a fast heart rate of 110 to 120 resting. My surgeon had me on high potency iron supplements. and as my blood built up the HR came down.

I hope you continue to be active on the board and give your experiences to help others.
