Let me interject a few words of caution about dealing with the media. First, the MAZE procedure is to an extent still considered a controversial procedure by many uninformed cardiologists. Second, CBS is looking for ratings and advertising dollars, not trying to win prizes for journalism or help people. Just keep in mind that they will present both sides of the issue and that it could back fire and make the MAZE appear to be a quack procedure instead of the wonderful tool that it is. In any case they will sensationalize the issue pro or con. When they get Henry's letter it will be reviewed in the same stack as the one where the guy was cured of cancer by eating this miracle cactus blossom. Just a few thoughts to consider.
